Thanks. yes I want to incorporate the tuning forks in this build but not only in the traditinal way.
Do You think it is abit chubby? I have been looking at it all day.
I think I will make an other one a little less bold.

i think it looks good. if anything maybe make the forks a little thinner. or maybe where the prongs attach to the fender could mount on the outside of the fender, possibly pointy ends? just thinking out loud....

This is where Im at...parts are starting to come in. Threw on a black powdercoated wheel with a new Shenko tire on it, not the exact one im using, but going to use the same thing, if that makes sense. Im hoping to start on the neck and motor mounts over the holiday weekend. My 7 metal fender will be here tuesday. I pretty much know exactly how this whole bike is going down....its in my head.

i was draw'n some cafe racer ideas last nite i was think'n of redo'n my xs2 after the buld off is done by they turned into a flip book of sorts and led to the last pic of the something cool. a cafe/chop cross breed that i think will be built for this thing we got go'n here. these are the shity free hand pic's that started the last and final idea for my project. i got A.D.D. when comes to my projects they start out in my head as something but by the time im done they have change almost completely.
the tank and wheels may change alittle but im dig'n the fender/tail section with the tail light built in on it. i think it will look good with some low bars, short pipes and a bit of hotrod style

I like your seat on the 2nd bike but the lines look better on the hardtail!

Well I finished my most recent order tonight so now its time to get cracking on my build. Spent a good part of the night leveling my lift in every direction...and found center on it and scored a line down the middle in prep for my hardtail install...also got a set of these in the mail today...1960 Cadillac hubcaps....these will become my rear wheel covers....they should look killer polished and with this new white wall i got.
Also picked this spoolie rim up from a buddy I wasn't going to use it but I just scored a couple springers (one round long and one short square) so it may end up on there

I'm better, back to work actually thank god. Just a little worried about the final bill from the docs...The time off from work and the bike is bad enough as it is, but not sure how the financials is going to effect my build.
