regret what you didnt do
im putting a clutch in my 82 xs650, im looking for recomendations on where to shop. i found a kit made by barnett on ebay... yes/no/ maybe so?

get it. also get mikesxs heavy duty cluctch springs. soak your frictin plates overnite in the oil you plan to use in the bike.
If you mic the old disks and the new disks, dont worry about the new discs being thinner. they will absorb the oil, and 'puff' up

Forodo clutch plates, don't get Mike's springs, Get them from MMM at 650central.

Be careful with Barnett clutches as some won't disengage when cold.
