Anyone have this bolt?

this bolt snapped off when i tried loosening it, it is nuber 21 in the diagram it is a shoulder bolt that holds the shifter stopper lever assembly. Hopefully I can get it out of the case alright, I'll first try an easy out. Someone please be a lifesaver.
