Charging issue

Hello guys

I have an 80 xs 650 and it is not charging I replaced the brushes in the stator and still nothing I was wondering how to find out if its the stator the rotter or ?? ant advice would be gratefully helpful

look up how to check the ohms between the slip rings....plenty on the topic and the tricks the getting to the inside ring.
