"extra" oil gallery jets only to the LH side. Why?

I see 20mm and .0005" over and under reamers are readily available. So 447 rods could be a fairly simple do over deal?

Oh yeah, John's drastic tall gearing and lugging the motor couldn't possibly have had anything to do with main bearing failure--must have been caused by carburetion! Take this stuff with a grain of salt, children.
