Fix along w gggGary

On the not working TCI, check continuity from the connector back to the board, and flex things around. Likely as not just a bad crimp on the plug. Possibly even on the harness side.

You really are good at this stuff Gary. Me? I would probably still be polishing the fork legs and asking myself, I wonder why this pig won’t start?

You made me snort out loud Mailman!

....but, I suspect that you would find the problem.

Well done, gggGary.

Lemme see if I got this right,

"Ok, Stanley, I fixed your $600 bike. Installed a good $600 TCI box. The bike should be worth $600 now. After you clean and polish it, try to get $600 when you sell it."

It's gotta be a labor of love...

Yeah he's understandably cheap, Soon as it ran I called him quoted $80 for the TCI and +- 3 hours labor at a to be determined rate, that put an end to anymore fix'n by me. :);):D

ZACKLEY - that is how I control my volume of work - by adjusting the rate.

...although recently, it doesn't seem to working as well as in the past....
