Just finished clamps for 650 tracker, doin a sr500 also. Learned a lot about neck lengths and fork similaraty between the two. Saw post guy building clamps with tach incorporated, not a forum guy, spend all day programing parts for Cnc machines, don't think I copied but that's what I made, 3d cut drop to except forks. Used cr taper rubbers with our bar mounts, ie 12mm bolt, adjustable bar stiffness. 3 bolt pinch on bottom, 2 bolt on top clamp. Gotta give them punk 35mm tubes as much bite as possible. Drawing a non welded billet swing arm, everybody that looks at the design says it's incredible uses a cam assembly method, so no welding, alum maintains t6 temper, will put up some pics if I can figure out

A Billet swing arm? That's a huge chunk of 6061? How much is that? I've built a ton of ATV nerfs, bumpers and subframes using 7005 or he like so you don't need heat treating etc.

My wallet moaned when I though about that chunk of aluminum you'll be using. lol
