G'day from Australia

[Dax 650]

Hi all,

I've been reading the forums here and absorbing all the great knowledge for a while but seeing as I finally have an XS 650 on it's way to me I figured I had better register and start getting involved. I already know about the Aussie site and have been looking there for additional knowledge and inspiration so I already know there's a fair few Aussies hanging out here.

I have a 1978 XS 650 although the serial number register on the Aussie site indicates this should be a '79 model. It should arrive within the next couple of weeks (coming down from (Qld) so I'll find out more then. It will need some minor work to get it running and roadworthy and at that point I'll work out exactly which direction I'll be taking it in. There certainly is no shortage of inspiration here!
