Ok, I'm a bit confused on which cylinder to time first. I've been told to do the LEFT first. With moving the whole plate and then the right with just the point cam? Is this wrong?

Hey, XSNate, you got the concept, just reverse the sides.
Do the RIGHT first - adjust the gap, then rotate the whole plate
Do the LEFT next - adjust the gap, then rotate the sub-plate
