I try to do practically everything i can here . Plus with these builds things change quickly so last minute changes are easier if you do it yourself i guess.

Where did you get the Z bars on the #33 Bike? Oddly, I cant seem to find ones with that bend in them online..

ok another busy day, making stuff and powdercoating...
Powdered the rear sets in black too!


cut a few inches off the stock side-stand and welded an old socket to the end...

Bent the kicker to fit around the rear sets... also added an old spark plug socket...

ready for powder

fresh out of the oven...

kicker and rear sets all back on...

its powder, called SUN GOLD. Baked in an oven.

Anybody got any wiring advice? i have the stock harness and want to ditch all the useless parts. I've looked at allot of the diagrams but nobody says anything about removing items and which wires may have to be capped off or linked together?
Or can you just remove them without jumping things?
Dont want safety relay, reserve lighting unit etc...

Anyway got my muffler today. Actually looks like it belongs...

After much deliberation i've decided to shorten the rear hoop and the seat about 3.5 inches.
Much better.
Also powdercoated the headlight bucket today.
