Ideas?

Hey everyone, I am making a street tracker (sort of) but with a seat like the pic that I have. This is not my bike but one that I want the back fender to look like. By looking at the pic, any ideas on how he mounted that fender or what he used? When you look towards the bottom part of the frame and the angle it takes, it doesn't match the angle up where the back loop is does it? If not, how do you think he did this? I hope I am not pissing off the owner of that bike by putting the pic on here, just wanted everyones thoughts. I am leaving the rear loop just like his and building a seat very similiar to his.

You could ask the guy that built that bike . His name is westonbogie or something like that. There is a build thread on here for that bike too .

dang, I didn't see that. I figured out his blog and am trying to find him but had no luck. I am fairly new on here so how would I find that thread?
