My cousins and my chopper both got dropped off last night. Little freaky, as his bike shifted in the trailer, but thankfully no damage was done.

our bikes will be located over in the side wing with the veteran groups and trailer. Ironheads both, left hand side as you walk in. Few really nice panheads behind us.

I'll be the guy with the black leather jacket and harley shirt... hahahaha.

if anything would make me noticable it'll be the facial hair. I've got just the chin grown out over 6 inches.

I've been troubleshooting my stumbling forced air furnace all weekend. bummer.

yeah i do,just havent put them up!!! finished the mock up of my tank, 3 "peep holes" welded into each side,will be my "sight gauge", finishing up the wiring and hopefully fire her up next week or the week after. Looking for someone to paint the tank, gloss black. Put new vm 34 carbs on with new 2 into 1 cables from mercury mike morse, nice clean install. Bled front brakes yesterday,brembo's look sweet and i cant wait to see how they perform. I decided to make a late change to the swingarm(its already powdered and installed) but i really want to put a swingarm brace on it for the twisties. Joe wiseguy in the state of washington make a weld on underbrace for the xs. Ordered one and im waiting for it to show up, of course then i have to take off the swing, wire wheel off all the powder, weld on the brace and then have my buddy re-powder it!!!! Just one of those things that i would regret if i didnt do it. So im in the heat of the battle and come hell or high water i'll have her ready when the snow melts here in syracuse. I'll put up some more pics in the next few days! Fish

Good to hear from ya. Sounds like you are making good progress. Lookin forward to the pics. I dont have a painter to recommend, as I fav place, T&R, closed its doors. Maybe one of the other guys will have a suggestion.

its truly brutal, isn't it?
I cant remember a winter like this.
My beer and scotch costs are beginning to overrun my heat bill !


I accomplished the infamous "starter gear fix" today, with pinching the clip on the 4th gear. All looks good, but the bike is fully dismantled, so it'll be a few months until I can tell if it works correctly. Same with my clutch rebuild. Can't wait to get the bike back together......
