If one cylinder is cold, then that cylinder is not firing, dont take it for a ride until you get it running right, it will run like a dog & can cause damage. Could be a dozen reasons why its only running on one cylinder but you have to use a logical approach & eliminate them one at a time. Plenty has been posted on here, so have a good read in the "tech" section or start HERE & give as much information as you can, year model, carbs (38 or 34's?), ignition (points,TCI, Pamco?) when you post. There are plenty of really knowledgable people on here who will help if you give enough information
