My first ever bike build!!

No worries bud! I love them too!

Dynabeads will have to wait and see if they work!:D

ive never had a problem with a wheel wobble due to weight. does this help with wheels that havent been trued for a long period of time or do the replace weights on the rim? whats your reason for using them? looking forward to the results, bet you cant wait to get your bike on the road too. getting so close!

Not sure about trueing the wheels TBH. They replace the wheel weights on the wheels. I wanted them so I won't have those fugly wheel weights on my spokes, there was a HUGE one on there, it looked like a nasty ol' booger!!

Thanks for the compliment! I can't wait to blast down the road!!

Dig the discs! Lots of nice touches like the pipes.
Dynabeads work all right at speed. Suck when spinning up and slowing down. If you don't have a bike shop nearby that can balance them properly...they'll get ya by. Really piss of the mechanic changing your tires when they dump out all over the machine and shop(tubeless). They get everywhere!

If he sped the bottle up without the dynobeads, it would continue to get worse.
With the dynobeads, the beads try to find the furthest distance from the center. If the tire is round, they will spread out as shown.
Basically it just makes your tire wobble a little less significant.

Painted the tank today! Looks awesome!! I just have to finish off the edge with some brassy colour, that should marry it all up together nicely I think!

Got some domed tuning fork logos coming, they will be stuck in the gold bit, just to make sure people can see it's a YAMAHA!!!!!:D

I know the front wheel is not centered, I accidentally put the spacers on the wrong way!!

Nice job, I like the black and gold. Very clean, compliments the rest of the bike. Did you try to match the gold anodizing on the fork uppers? If so, well done sir

:thumbsup::thumbsup: Airwolfie!!

Hey thanks Carbon!! I think it looks good too!!:D

Thanks pwizl! I was attempting to, and it worked! Three coats of white, and then I just dusted it off with some gold flake paint. I'm quite pleased how well it matches up!:)

Well sorry to hear that Man.
Get Your rest and take care of yourself.

Thanks Carbon, made me all hot and sweaty lol! Also, I suddenly have the urge to buy a Schwinn.........

Back to business. Managed to torque the engine up again, was a little out, but not a lot.

I also added some spacers for the discs, so they will fit with the calipers! Also made new wheel spacers to centre everything. Somehow I messed that up the first time!!

One more to take off the list then!!

Messed about with the hydro clutch as well as it was a bit too close to the exhausts. I will have to bleed it again.

Didn't have the energy to do more unfortunately, I'm all out!!
