I hesitate to suggest this cause it requires careful slow technique. (gouged aluminum don't heal) I have a hacksaw blade, one end wrapped in tape the other ground at an angle and sharpened like a wood chisel. I keep it mainly for the side filter gasket remains. but it gets into many other gasket "corners".
