Norton style reverse cones?
Yes, Norton "Peashooter" mufflers. The headpipes look stock. Stock headpipes have a 1.5" O.D. Stock Norton mufflers usually have a 1 3/8" I.D. There are some 1.5" I.D. versions made but they're not easy to find. Your pic seems to show a 1 3/8" set adapted to fit the stock headpipes.
