Torque specs

I am replacing the gaskets on both the left and right side covers and getting ready to fill it with oil. I can't seem to find any torque specs for the side covers.

What should all the bolts holding the side covers be torqued to? It's a '76 if it makes a difference.

what are the torque specs on the oil drain plugs?

I believe those are 30ftlbs
