what kind of bike is this

Does any one know what kind of bike this is? Is it a stock bike or a little custom? I keep seeing it in a add in wrench and really like it.

Looks stock I don't think the paint is stock. Early model iron head mid 60s. Kick only magneto and generator no battery. I had a 1965 the lighting was terrible to nonexistent a red lights. It would wheel stand and did good burnouts.
