My 83 heritage special looking to upgrade the front brake the previous owner put on a brembo rotor disc but it has the stock Yamaha brake caliper/master cylinder. So I would like to put on a brembo caliper and a stainless steel braided line and bigger master cylinder if needed. Can you guys...

Took it apart and did see a little piece of old disenagrated foam in the vent tube used some simple green and Q-tips cleaned it up put new gasket on and had to use GI-Joe kungfu death grip to put the c-clip back on that was the hardest part..... I will take it out for a ride tomorrow hopefully...

Just put new stock size sprockets on 83 xs650 and put vx DID 530 104 chain together and go to put on rear wheel and its way too long WTF? Isn't this the stock size chain? Looks like 3 to 4 links too long? Anyone know why?:wtf:
