I'm a retired "old guy" rider - riding for over 50 years. My first XS650 was a 1981 XS650H purchased new in January of 1982 - still have and ride that bike. My second XS650 was a 1980 SG - rescued from a storage bay in 2010 - fairly extensive rebuild / restoration / modification done on that one - passed this one down to my son in 2022 - lots of fun to ride. My third is a 1981 XS650SH purchased from a dealer in 2017 - part of a private collection - required a bit of restoration and an engine overhaul to bring it back to health - finished setting it up as a light tourer similar to my other '81 - Vetter Quicksilver fairing, custom saddle, and hard mounted bags - very comfortable ride.
