I remember it being on the 650central home page, but now it’s gone. Tried 650performance.com, but the website no longer exists. Did I miss out on this? Should I try contacting MMM or 650performance somehow?

The last email I had from Craig was from xs650performance@gmail.com. If that doesn't work, give Michael a shout. I hope Craig is well and still making his manual available.

BTW I took photos of the carbs as promised, but getting them sent has become a problem. Photos on Windows 10 no longer supports resizing images, so I have to use Paint. Paint used to move edited images to Photos automatically, but the Microsoft demons have eliminated that feature. If there's a way to move edited images in Paint to email or to post them on this site, I haven't found it. 'Scuse me while I pound my head on the wall awhile, that always seems to make things a little clearer.

Thank you for that info. I sent over an email. If I don’t hear back I’ll contact Michael. And I appreciate you attempting the photos! Haha I have a Windows computer as well and it’s collecting dust as I have NO idea how to do anything on it.

Since the update, you can do all that on this here website... drag and drop, resize.... it's all built in now.
Drag and drop.....

Once the pic is loaded, click on it. The outline will highlight in orange. Grab the corner(s) and resize to whatever you want.

And here we are..... whatever size you want.

Found the resize function in Photos, pics are now up on my profile page. Put the cursor on my board name, then click on media. The first row of pics shows the 33 mm. pumpers. The first photo shows the throttle shaft splice; the shaft on the bank of 4 was hollow, so I cut 2 pieces for 120 mm. centers, tapped them with M7x1.0 thread, screwed 'em down on a piece of M7x1.0 threaded stock, and locked the bits in place with set screws. Carb pics in the second row show the TM36/68 pumpers that now reside at the Shed of Shame near Baraboo, WI.

Jim, it wasn't the physical size of the image that was giving me grief, it was pixel count (max 1900x1900). Couldn't get the pics on the site till that limit was met. Anyway, the wall pounding cleared my aging brain sufficiently to let me find where recent updates had hidden the resize and some other editing functions. Still can't get Paint 3D to turn loose of images. The silver lining to that cloud is that it gives me a pretext to call my son the computer science grad and let him teach the old dog new tricks.

I misplaced my copy and wanted another so I emailed Craig and he sent me the files.

He told me that he’d had a nasty crash racing and has sold everything XS650 related!

I’m sure he wouldn’t mind me sharing the file with you?

Would you like to PM me your email @JesseeS?

Daniel.
