Has anyone ever seen or know if it would be possible to lace a fat rim (like a 180) to a drum stock brake hub? Obviously there would have to be some interesting bracing and spacing for the brake lever and sprocket to get clearance. What do you guys recon?

Hey again guys, I need to know if a 78 or 79 cam will fit straight in a 77 motor with no mucking around? And will a 72s auto advance brass backing plate fit in the 77 too. Im need to know before the auction ends. Can't get these easily or at these prices in australia. Thanks
