I can't comment on the long term use... I sold the bike it was installed on. For the time I had it, it was good... My only criticism was the metal band that runs around the bottom of the pan. It was not as nice as the stock seat, although not readily apparent. You had to look closely to...
TonyC: I'd take $35 for the fairing plus shipping. Finding a box big enough is the challenge. If you're interested let me know and I'll locate a box and figure out how much to ship.
Bluehawk: Not sure on the center stand. I know it's a different part number. I think center stands for...

I usually try to keep this type of stuff "under my hat" until the deal is done and the bikes are on my truck. No reason to draw extra attention to something if you don't have to. Otherwise, someone else ends up taking your cheese.
I've bid on a number of these tanks on ebay...can't tell you what they finally sold for...but can tell you I was outbid at $60, $88, and $89 (all had gas cap and petcocks). I was finally successful on a '72 tank a few months ago for $71 without gas cap or petcocks. Each of these tanks that I...
I know nothing about this make and model, but it seems to me like it would be a real mistake to transfer anything to another frame, given this bike is untouched and frame/engine match. Find a NOS front end and re-sell the bike. Call your state DOT, I'm sure there's an easy answer on the title...
