I see that Omar's has a little fairing that covers the stock gauges and headlight with openings for the turn signals. Can anyone recommend any others ? What about replacing the glass sealed beam with a plastic lens/halogen to save a bit of weight? Thanks

Kev - getting back to my brake upgrade, if you're still around... This list of rotors - (320mm 6 bolt 80mm circle) do they share the same 65mm inner opening to mate with the XS650 hub?

I've read that the fuel fill cap on earlier bikes was aluminum with the Yamaha emblem on it. Will this cap fit the tank on my '77 to replace my chrome one? Will the key mechanism interchange? Does anyone have a photo of the early one, or have an extra cap to sell? Thanks

I like the look of the later more curved stock headpipes - what years had these? I'm aware of the reproduction early style pipes at mikesxs, but don't like the more angular look. Can anyone direct me to a later style 1 1/2" header copy, or should I be looking for a used set of stock pipes? Thanks
