I could do that too, 23", is there any way to turn a 4" under into a 2" under?

By "spoke up" he means the hub might not be the match to the many-spoke rim.

Not that I know of. If your's was chrome I'd swap you.

Thats would be dope but i guess im gona have to figure out a way to lower the rear and make it work with what i got
