Bought it from the original owner, it has somewhere around 11k miles on it. I've owned it for 4 years, in that time I've rebuilt the forks, caliper, tapered steering stem bearings, bronze swingarm bushings, gold link o ring chain, rebuilt carbs, stock ignition, new dunlops, brembo front master cylinder, HHB machined triple tree bushings, rebuilt petcocks, new yuasa battery this summer. Original exhaust is solid. Tons of other things to list and talk about if you are interested. I have all the original yamaha parts that came off of it including handlebars and luggage rack. Forks are in great shape no pitting.
It starts first or second kick cold, shifts perfect, no smoke no oil consumption.Currently has a fluctuating to high idle which I suspect are throttle shaft seals. Genuine Yam replacement seals in hand. $3,000 located in Athens Ga
