Wanted - 1981 XS650 Speedo

Speedos and tachs get swapped in and out all the time, so it would help to know what your friend is trying to match. 1981 speedos had black faces, and they only went up to 85 MPH. Is that what he wants? Does he need the bucket, and if so, does he want a black or chrome bucket? Is he looking for something really nice, or does he just want something that works?
