Wanted - 35mm steering damper bracket

Just got a used hydraulic steering damper (Thanks, Daddy)
Now to hang it on the bike.
I need a 35mm bracket like MikesXS # 28-4001.
I'm not particularly averse to paying Mikes asking price for the part but I really hate paying Mike as much or more again to get the part sent to me.
Anyone got a used one for a fair price plus no more than the $5 it'd cost to mail it to me in a bubble envelope?

I had one, but gave it to a friend for his project... but most I've seen are $35-$45, not including shipping. Mike's is quoting $7 to ship...so $36 or so all in seems fair to me.

if 'twere only so.
The last small package I got from Mike's Canadian outlet cost me over $20 in shipping costs.
However, I will check again to see if things have gotten better since then.
