It’s just a suggestion a_n_298 but given the cross-border shipping costs, I’d wager it would be cheaper to have the wheels sent to an address in the US (Nebraska / North Dakota??) and then drive down to get it than actually ship it through the border.
You can usually find mail box services in border towns at low cost.
