I can't say I'm thrilled.
I ordered a set of Bridgestone tires from them, and the front one had a warped casing.
I've back and forth with them for over a month over the return and replacement process. I've just had to get in contact with them for the third time to get a replacement on the way.
Each time they say "an order will be created and a tire will be shipped" and each time I get back to them it's like a whole new issue. This time at least, I got an order number.
While they seem to be doing the right thing, the time it takes is totally unacceptable and the lack of communication and continuity is frustrating.
I shan't be ordering from them again.
