Hi, I was looking for new keys today. I only have one ignition key and one steering lock key for my bike. I went to my Yamaha dealer and as expected, they didn't find it with the number on the key. So, the guy look at his blank keys and he found one that match my ignition key. I took it to the locksmith shop to have it cut and it's work great. Here's the Yamaha part number for those who may need another key. Maybe it fits also for 70, 71 and 73, I guess the ignition switch assembly must be similar to a 72.
