Nope, no idea re. part number, but here's how to find it. Go to https://www.biker.net and you'll find the XS650E parts book. Download what you need; it's free, thanks to Jean Akers' generosity.
The '78 model came stock with a type D tensioner assembly that had no lock nut. You really should consider "upgrading" to a type E assembly. For the "how and why" details, see post #22 .....
