I'm trying to find somewhere in the UK that I can get the o ring that holds the needle jet in to the carb housing, would a neoprene o ring from ebay work if I knew the right size?

Viton would be the right stuff, dimensions 1mm x 4mm (3.5mm may work)

Suzuki published the actual size in some of their parts diagrams but it's very odd .....

I've used the 1mm x 4mm size for many years but may try the slightly smaller 1mm x 3.5mm at some point. I've never even seen a 1.1mm diameter o-ring listed for sale anywhere. You can actually still buy the Suzuki one, if you don't mind paying that much for one o-ring.

I've ordered 5 @ 1 x 3.5mm for a whole £2.13 delivered, do you think they may be a bit loose?

No, I think they should be fine. They may be a bit difficult to install though. Even the 1 x 4 size takes some stretching to get it on.

Since they're brass, I gently hand polish them with Mothers or Blue Magic. It cleans them up nicely.
