So, thank you for accepting me into your circle. I am the owner of the XVS650 classic.
sic. Now before you run . me off, I came out of desperation. This is my 3rd yamaha. The previous owner completely trashed the air/fuel needles to the point that there was no way to adjust in or out after rebuilding these mikunis that are discontinued...i don't know were or with what other carb to replace these down draft 28 mm mikunis. And the great and wonderful people that do own these carbs that are in working order are now goughing everyone for 800+ for a set. The needles are not backing out with some of the backout tools I've purchase
And. After seeing those pics of those rebuilt carbs you guys have..how can I get mine in working order without it costing 800?
