Does the frame have a title? Who did the welding? And is it the painted one or the non-painted one?

Frame has a title which is in the mail from DMV. I transfered it to my name about 2wks ago. Takes 6-8wks they said, however usually comes within a month or so.

Welding done by me, I am a certified union welder in which i do for my career. Welding/Fabrication. Mainly stainless and aluminum TIG welding, however i MIG welded this due to the simplicity of it/still a clean weld.

Frame is same one, i just rattle canned it black.

I'm interested in the spring kit, but since the bars I bought have not yet arrived and there is no tracking number to ref. I will wait to buy until I get the bars... I look forward to getting the bars and purchasing the springs.
