Ya Fred, I've seen those mods to the axle plates. Good idea. Not my taste though. Looking for something stretched by 2-3 inches on the arm itself.

I have a stock swingarm that was stretched 4" and underbraced by Joe Wiseguy. He still sells the underbracing kit but you would have to do the stretching yourself. Not saying it would be easy.

I'll build you a whole new chromoly arm if you want.

I'm FAA Certified to tig weld Chromoly for Aircraft.

There are definitely cheaper options, but not likely more custom or rare options.
