green moster coil wiring? neg and pos (pamco ign)

does polarity matter when wiring up the neg and pos on the wasted spark/dual coil? Im pretty sure it doesnt but i figured better safe then sorry.

hoping to install this green monster coil and pamco ign next week so i can finish a new tunnel for a custom tank

also whats the proper way to put the clips coil side of the spark plug wires... the prong on the clip doesnt look long enough puncture the silicone and make contact with the wire inside... should i strip back some of the silicone cover?

The polarity doesn't matter. Take a look at the web site, www.yamahaxs650.com . There is a link there that shows how to install the metal ends on the plug wire.
