Hi guys just done a hydraulic clutch mod on my xs for under £70. Thought i would explain it in case anyone else wants to do it.First get an Aprilia Mille or Falco slave cylinder (i got mine from e-Bay £30),then a 120cm brake line (E-bay again £6.41)Then a set of cheap chinesium brake/clutch master cylinders(E-bay again £20). Two 300mm lengths of 8mm stainless rod (from amazon £8) Remove engine casing and offer up the slave, mark the 3 holes then drill them 6mm then bolt slave to casing, i used 3 allen cap screws with lock nuts on the inside.Cut one of the stainless rods to 200mm taking care to chamfer both ends,so as not to damage the seals when inserting.Bolt the casing back onto bike attach master cylider and hose, bleed up and there you have it .

That is awesome.
May I ask where you scored the clutch/left hydraulic lever setup? You mentioned fleaBay but I cannot find that one there. I have that exact setup but for cable clutch only. If I wanted to switch to hydraulics, I'd want to keep the same look. But I cannot find it. Got a link, perchance? Thank you.
