red/white wire?????

hi guys i,m trying to get my bike backtogether after my prototype ignition ,,DIED,,,and sadly i,m not great on elctrical ,,so the red/white wire has a double female plug set up on the right side near the coil and spark plug lead just near where it goes to the coil{r h} ,,any help would be greatly appreciated ,,i am hoping that towards xmas or over xmas i will look at a boyer as they tend to look more straight forward,,the guy in aust. isn,t tooooo forth coming ,,but i,m hoping to work on his guilt.. thanks guys regards oldbiker

That wire (in a very simplified setup) goes from the ignition fuse to the kill switch and back to the coils. It provides 12v to the coils, with the kill switch as an interrupter.

On a bike that still has all the safety relays, I can't recall the exact circuit path.

year of bike would help but double red/white is hotside to coils from ing. kill switch
