Wanted - running xs650 engine or complete running xs650 (CA)

So i picked up an '83 for $450, it ended up having a seized engine that will be somewhat costly to rebuild, there are also A LOT of back fees on the CA registration.

So basically I'm either looking for a good deal on a running engine, or a whole new bike. I am located in San Diego, but am willing to travel or possibly pay for shipping. Let me know what you have.
