Can anyone confirm that the xs2 header to silencer clamp nut also fits xs650 74 onwards? Some conflicting opinion and part numbers.

I don’t think so, but I’m sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in. At one point I tried to put the xs2 baseball mufflers on my ‘75 only to learn that the 75 head pipes were too large to fit in those mufflers. I believe it had to do with the double wall pipe being slightly too large.
Thats exactly what I thought re the twin wall.
