Small side cover

Anything available for a 83’ hs 650 for the triangle shaped small side covers. I believe i need # 4 the one that goes under the right big side cover

Little bike pictures for fun — id moved a few years ago and cut up my old bench to the dump for room - finally had room at new place to bang out a simple work bench - 75$ 2 hours including depot and few tokes —- clutch/ some wires to trace — and details next —- runs decent but slips a bit if made to .

That's a nice looking Heritage Special. I don't see too many get preserved and it has been a lot of years since I last saw one.

I did @gggGary's clutch mod to fix my slipping. I added a drive and driven plate.

Usually, it's the left lower side cover that is missing. Do you have that one?

Yep yoyr right its the left side driver sude lower that’s missing

Thanks for correcting me I should go out in garage and look before writing right side — id guess they are rare - the search continues lol

I will take a look. I have only one and I expect it is the right side. We need to get these printed, if such a thing is possible.

Yes i spent a year as a tin smith recently knocking together various components to A/C ducting and such — it dawned on me 6 months in that anything can be drawn flat - cut out - edges folded and mated etc etc etc

Battery brakets and side cover tab supports and the like are a bend and a snip - rustoleum

I scored a very very rare shaft drive nut foot peg braket/hole cover off ebay — size of a silver dollar with little detail on edge - prior to locating a stripper selling a pair 40$ .. I was eyeing household items and computer desk hole plug caps — black plastic folgers lids have areas with pebble finish on one side and smooth on inside - almost mimics the plastic on triple clamps or caps
But now i have an extra factory cap to covet lol hens teeth ill take 150$

That’s a nice bike! You say yours is a shaft drive? Certainly less common, but I’ve always liked shaft drive bikes. No fuss no muss, I’m on my 3rd one. ( not a Kawasaki )
