I have a Clear Title for a 80 special xs650 (2FO202xxx) from Minnesota I picked up a couple years ago with a frame most of an engine and other parts, well I have no need for it, it is signed by the previous owner and I never transfered it. I bought it from a member over in the Eau Claire WI area (can't remember his name & my nephew picked up the bike for me), its the title that came with bike when the PO bought it and he started project but never finished. Bottom line the frame doesnt match the numbers. so Title only signed by last owner with no date. If you want a cheap title for $100 mailed and then bash the numbers into your frame, this would be the one for you.
