XS650 frame question....May be a dumb question, but, what is a bad title?

Not a dumb question.... Bad title is in the state of NJ/NY/PA if you misspell a word on the title or use white out or cross something off TITLE IS VOID then you have to get original person to go back to DMV and pay $60.00 for a new one. Well I had a dumbass that I was building a bike for and he scribbled on the back of title over his name because he wrote in the wrong place and Build contract was void and he got his parts back and his money and I ate the frame and title. So the front of the title is perfect and numbers match but back of it looks like I gave a pen to my 2 yr old grand daughter.
So there are some states that you just need proof of ownership and this title will work.......
Second questions

ALT/reg/rec wires
Horn wires
Brake switch wire
Wires for Coil and ignition.
Some shrink wrapped
BUT NO ENDS on some and you got to put them together.
