I'm doing a rear disc to drum brake conversion on my '77 Special project as I change from cast wheels to spokes. If you've hard tailed your bike you might have all the parts I need in a box somewhere...

I need the brake pivot, brake actuating rod, brake stay, the right side drum brake wheel spacer, and a swingarm that is set up for drum brakes (the stay mount is on the underside)

For the bump! I thought I had a deal....It fell through.

If you want to swap for rear disc parts - I have them...They are rough but you should be able to make them work.
MC, Caliper, disc, swingarm (old bushings removed but not replaced) pivot, etc...
