Vm36’s on a rebuilt stock xs1

Bear in mind that it's the unobstructed area of the venturi that signifies. A VM 34 has more unobstructed area than the OE vacuum carb, and is used in many race applications. Will the VM36 work with a stock engine? Sure, but at the sacrifice of low speed smoothness, tractability, and fuel consumption with no gain at speed. VM34 is a better choice, and VM32 is IMO better yet.

Thank you. I’m returning the 36’s for the 34’s. I’m looking for a better low end experience.
