WHAT music do you build to?

So many good replies here....

Wont hear no FM in my garage (or truck or shop for that matter). Only REAL country!!
For inspiration:
-Scott H Biram, Hank III (in DC Sunday night!), Gas Money, HANK SR, Cash, Coe, Hag and Waylon of course, Those Poor Bastards, Hellbound Glory, Bill Monroe.
For motivation:
-Not-so-country: Supersuckers, DriveByTruckers, Revolution Mother, Assjack, Lonesome Wyatt and the Spooks, Slayer, Maiden, Metallica (Im likin the "First Four Albums" as stated above, fukk Jason Newsted! but garage days re-visited Disc II kicks ass!!) Mike V and the Rats, MISFITS, Social D, Black Flag, Superjoint Ritual, Pantera (RIP Dimebag), Nashville Pussy, REVEREND HORTON HEAT, and christ theres so much more.....

I have to listen to mellow music, sometimes classical tunes. I find that I have more patience when things dont go as planned in the garage.

I'm practically my own classic rock station, I keep a 55 hour loop in winamp with everything from 10cc to ZZ Top.
