WOW !! Just got an e-mail from TC Brothers and they are standing behind their product and sending me a new one along with some rubber isolator mounts, stand up bunch of guys !!!

I will post some inside pics of the part, I was thinking the bungs were welded on right at the seam causing weakness, but I forgot to look when I pulled it off this weekend.
