Dude, they're already doing it. I saw a bunch of these at the ROT rally last week. Looks totally ghetto and stupid IMHO, the motorcycle equivalent of 32" wheels on hip-hop cars.
That is, by a WIDE margin, the ugliest effin' motorcycle I've ever seen.

Seen 3 or 4 of the big wheels at the Street Machine Nationals in DuQuoin, Il. yesterday. Haven't made up my mind yet about them but they are different looking.

Looks like there is already a motor in that tire, as view from this angle, the little nova in the back looks like its in the tire.

This is the results of all those "Big Wheels" trikes sold in the '70's. And while I'm on the soap box, these cars with 20"-24" wheels. Don't they look a lot like the "Fischer-Price" pull toys we had as little kids?
So, can we safely predict that mods of the next decade will be skateboard designs, with pokemon inspired paint schemes, that are ridden 'planked'???
