Difference between years

Hi there i am curious is there any differences between the years of the motors between the first and last years? Don't care about the electrical parts more curious about cases, transmission. cylinders and heads?

Oh, yes, numerous changes. Here's some for the early years:

In 74 they started the 447 engine series. Changes to the cams, cam sprockets, cam chain ect. No major changes from then on.
